REP-00309: The specified database cannot connect after three attempts. Access denied.
Cause: Case 1: Some part of the logon string entered was incorrect. After three failed attempts, Oracle Reports Builder displays a dialog box with this message. Case 2: The NLS_LANG environment variable value may be invalid.
Action: Case 1: Accept the dialog box. Confirm the logon information with the system administrator, if necessary. Go back into Oracle Reports Builder and try connecting to Oracle again. If the problem persists, the system administrator may need to create a new Oracle logon. Case 2: Verify the NLS_LANG value is valid.
